Corey is a man of his word - if he says he is going to do something for a client, he will get it done. He gave excellent tips on plants and their placement according to light/water/maintenance, and probably saved me from several seasons of headache by convincing me to alternate my plants between evergreen and deciduous. He also provided many cost-saving tips and was honest about which costs outweighed the benefits, or where it made sense to spend a bit more for better quality. I never felt pressured to go along with his plans for the sake of it.”

He gave us a line-itemized estimate that was detailed and thus very possible to then say, we don't want this, we want more of this, less of that, etc. Right after everything was done, Corey took me around the yard and walked me through plant by plant (because I had been very honest about my limitations in terms of gardening) what and how to take care of my garden. I took notes, and was so pleased that he had taken the time to do that.

“Corey and his guys completely turned a mud pit mess of a yard into a beautiful flat, well-drained grass and floral paradise. He supervised every step of the process, but his guys also worked really well when he was not there.
The scope of our project was huge... yard was fully graded, three major retaining walls were installed, and drainage was added to the whole yard. He also took care of subbing out a fence, a deck, pavers, and helped me choose and purchase plants for the existing beds. They also installed a full sprinkler and drip system, on timers, and sodded the yard in the front and the back.
